The Owner David [redacted] makes many promises and clearly does not pay attention to his customers requestHe is all talkHe has an awesome staffHis manager Amy goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to ensure your needs are metThe way that the owner speaks to his staff in the presence of customers Is horrible and nobody deserve's to be talked to in the manner he speaks to peopleIt made me and my daughter very uncomfortable

From the beginning, this deal was a favor to my employee [redacted] It is a fact that the vehicle was in our shop for longtime [redacted] was handling everything including paying for the partsThe deal was set up in the way that customer / [redacted] pay for the parts that needed, West Park Collision will work on the vehicle free of charge for laborDue to all kinds of personal issues with [redacted] , the parts was delayed over and over again Finally, after spoke with [redacted] mother, I have decided to not to wait for [redacted] to pick up the parts any longerWest Park Collision Paid for the heads that needed for this vehicleAfter we have gotten the heads for the engine, [redacted] came back from Leave absence and informed me that [redacted] wish to pick up the vehicle and do the heads himselfWe dispatched one of our towtruck driver, delivered the vehicle to customer's house free of chargeWe did not charge the customer any fees at all for the labor that was already put in the vehicle nor any fees for storage Once again, this deal from the beginning was supposed to be a favor to Amy (our employee)West Park Collision was never intend to make any profit of this job nor that West Park Collision did ever charge the customer for any profitsIf the customer wish, West Park Collision Center willing to dispatch another tow truck to retrieve the vehicle from customer's house, bring it back to our shop again and finish the job for the customer free of chargeWest Park collision will also clean up the vehicle, detail the vehicle and wash the vehicle exterior and interior for customer free of chargeEver since I, [redacted] became the owner of West Park Collision Center, we have tried our very best to provide best customer serviceWe shall continue trying our best!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me on the following conditions:
1) Business owner *** ** and I are present when an assessment of the vehicle is made
2) I am provided with a written account of all damage and necessary repairs
3) I am given a written estimate of the time needed to complete the repairs and promised services (i.e interior and exterior detail, exterior wash)
4) I am provided with a completion date and receive regular updates from Mr Li including but not limited to any delays in completion of the work as well as reasons for the delay(s)
5) All communication related to the vehicle takes place between ** ** and myself or my mother, *** *** who has my permission to make decisions related to the vehicle on my behalf
6) 6) All telephone communication will be followed by a written communication which will be sent USPS/RRR and Verified Signature
7)) At no time will any communication come from or be directed to Amy Elliff.8) Should ** ** find that the damage is too extensive or the time needed to perform the repairs exceeds calendar days, I will be provided with a comparable vehicle at ** *** expense as requested in the initial complaint to the Revdex.com

West Park Collision will work on the vehicle free of charge for labor. Due to all kinds of personal issues with [redacted], the parts was delayed over and over again.  
Finally, after spoke with [redacted] mother, I have decided to not to wait for [redacted] to pick up the parts any longer. West Park Collision Paid for the heads that needed for this vehicle. After we have gotten the heads for the engine, [redacted] came back from Leave absence and informed me that [redacted] wish to pick up the vehicle and do the heads himself.
We dispatched one of our towtruck driver, delivered the vehicle to customer's house free of charge. We did not charge the customer any fees at all for the labor that was already put in the vehicle nor any fees for storage. 
Once again, this deal from the beginning was supposed to be a favor to Amy (our employee). West Park Collision was never intend to make any profit of this job nor that West Park Collision did ever charge the customer for any profits.
If the customer wish, West Park Collision Center willing to dispatch another tow truck to retrieve the vehicle from customer's house, bring it back to our shop again and finish the job for the customer free of charge. West Park collision will also clean up the vehicle, detail the vehicle and wash the vehicle exterior and interior for customer free of charge.
Ever since I, [redacted] became the owner of West Park Collision Center, we have tried our very best to provide best customer service. We shall continue trying our best!

The Owner David ** makes many false promises and clearly does not pay attention to his customers request. He is all talk. He has an awesome staff. His manager Amy goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to ensure your needs are met. The way that the owner speaks to his staff in the presence of customers Is horrible and nobody deserve's to be talked to in the manner he speaks to people. It made me and my daughter very uncomfortable.
