It seems these people are too busy to return phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner On a Tuesday I e-mailed and was told I would be called no later than Thursday about an appointment Thursday afternoon I called them as I still had not heard back and was waiting for specifics for purchasing an airline ticket I lost my opportunity for both hotel and airline tickets, as they had to be purchased by Thursday night at the latest for the $rate I finally received a message on Friday afternoon while we were at a wedding with some dates and times for my appointment, but no appt had been made Monday morning when I called I was told I would get a call back for sure in the afternoon to confirm the appt I found a new rate for hotel and flight for about $ By 3pm I still didn't have my call back so I could not book When I called again I was told that the person I needed to talk to was on the phone and he would return my call in minutesno responseNow I have lost my $rate and will have to pay close to $for the same ticket and hotel I could have gotten with a simple phone callIt is now Tuesday morning and I still haven't heard any thing
