I rode this bike home in November after buying it, I was told
to contact him with any problem. It was Winter and the bike sat in the
garage until April of 2014. I called WPC in April and started to ask
him about the problems with the bike. He started yelling at me and said
I should be out riding that bike instead of calling him about it. I
was unable to talk to him about the problems due to his temper, when I did push on a couple of questions I was told what tools I needed to fix those problems, I am not a mechanic No help or resolve was given
At this point I am
requesting a complaint be on file with this business I do not want any
further interaction with this business as they are dishonest

Review: The bike they sold me was in an accident they told me the bike was in "perfect running condition and they took care of all of them" and did not tell me about. The below is all the damage that was current with the bike I was not informed of.Rear wheel and brake system work needed1.Bad rear rotor2.New brake pads3.wrong brake fluids mixed in rear brake line4.New Seals and washers in rear brake line due to above5.Bad rear Master Cylinder and GasketWobble in front end work needed1.New Inner tube (and tire) due to dented rim2.New brake pads worn uneven due to rim again3.New Rim and Spokes4.There were two different fork oils signifying one was replaced from accident5.New fork seals6.Adjust steering head bearings again from uninformed accidentFluids in General work needed1.Engine Oil was only filled 1.5 quarts out of 32.Primary Oil was sludge3.Transmission oil was also sludge4.Air filter never changedDesired Settlement: If he would like he can pay for the damages he did not inform me about when selling me the bike I have receipts for all work done.
