Do not use for anything beyond a single family residential. They continually only look out for their pockets. Lending documents were constantly incorrect. Find out 4 days before my closing that they didn't know what they were doing. Do not use. My rating is so low that I am taking the time to tell you not to use. I have perfect credit. 30% down. Long term on time mortgage history.
