Review: West Penn Utilities were working in my yard in mid October to bury a new cable for [redacted]. In doing so they broke my underground [redacted] line, even though it was marked by white invisible fence flags. I asked the worker on site if he was going to repair it before he left and he said yes but he left that day and never fixed it. I saw him in the neighborhood the next day and asked him again if he was going to fix the dog fence and he said he had to go to another crews truck to get the supplies and would be back in 30 minutes to fix it and he never did. I callled West Penn's office several times to only get an answering machine and no return phone calls. I even called [redacted] to file a complaint but no help there. Finally on October 30th an employee of West Penn Utilities called me to say he was coming to fix the dog fence. He came out and was unable to fix it. He told me I needed to call invisible fence to come out and fix it and that he would come when he was there to reimburse me. I scheduled the apt with invisible fence while he was still at my property for Nov 6 between 11-1. Steve said he would come over when they were here. On Nvember 6th I left him three voice messages and sent him a text telling him the invisible fence company was at my house and he never answered or showed up. [redacted] from [redacted] found the two breaks west penn made and he repaired them. I paid him $115.91 for the repairs and I texted the bill to Steve asking for reimbursement. Again I eft several messages at the office and with Steve on his cell phone with no response. Finaly the following Tuesday when I called Steves cell phone again, he answered and said he would talk to his boss and get me a check by Friday. I asked him how I can be sure he would and he said thats the best I can tell you. Again I have left several messages at the office and on the cell phone and nobody returns my call and I still do not have reimbursement. I have proof of all phone calls and documents and am really disappointed they will not respond and reimburse me. I would like help getting satifaction and getting my money that I had to pay out of pocket when they damaged my invisible fence lineDesired Settlement: I would like West Penn Utilities to refund me the $115.91 I had to pay to repair the dog fence that they broke
