Review: In May I had a massage at this business it was 29.99 first time price. I went back in June for another massage and when the service was done all the persons working the desk were gone. So the therapist said just call next week and pay. Well they called me so I paid over the phone with my debit card and set up another appointment for a Saturday massage as the massage lady had said she was working Saturdays and had told them I was interested in this. This place has cheaper massages if you sign up for repeat services so I said I was interested in the 2 a month. When I went for my Saturday massage the LMP gave me a contract to fill out and bring back to set up my services. On August 2nd I noticed my bank account was debited for 84. 99 on August 1st. So I looked back and noticed they did this also on July 1st, so I called them because I still had the contract and had not been in to set this up. She told me that when I was there in June it was set up I said no I was given the contract on that Saturday and was told to fill it out and bring in in. I paid for the one in June and said I wanted to do the two a month for the cheaper price but until I give you the signed contract how can you just start this without my signed contract. She said didn't someone call you? No nobody called me I think this is a racket if I knew I was paying for something I would have used the service. I have made 2appointments for August at this point because they have already taken the money out of my account. I believe they owe me my money back as they do not have my signed contract.Can you please help me with this as I feel they have no right to keep my over the phone payment information that I paid for service I had received after the fact because nobody was there at the time service was done. This person came to our office for a massage and at the time of service gave us her cc information to

start one of our wellness plans. She was given the contract to read over and sign and bring back at her

next visit, which I have to say we dropped the ball and did not follow up on.

She received her two massages in June on the plan and per plan guidelines in July was charged for the

plan but did not schedule any massages and they do not roll over into the next month.

Because we did not collect her paperwork we are going to roll over the two massages she did not

schedule in July into the month of August or when they can be scheduled for her. Our receptionist will

be putting a call in to her today, Aug 7, 2013 to offer her those services.
