Upon completion of the fence I did send 2 pictures to the customer and his words were, " looks great". When they returned from vacation they called and said that the fence wasn't level. I explained to him as did my installer before we started...

that the top of the fence would not be level because the ground has rises and falls to it, and that we would have to install it with the flow of the terrain but would keep the top as level as possible. This is standard practice on all fencing. I also sent pictures to the manufacturer and the wholesaler we purchased the materials from and they both agreed it was installed correctly. As for the gate, heat an cold can effect it and with any vinyl product. I will have someone adjust the gate if that's what he wants. We've been in business almost 60 years and that's not because we don't do good work. So the comment of we've done it to other people don't have any merit. A quote for 7000.00 to "fix it" is absolutely ridiculous as the whole project was only 6500.00. I may consider a reasonable amount of a refund just because I want them to be happy.
