Upon Melissa I could not get a copy of my documents until I paidJennifer did mention she could have them ready for pick up or I could have them faxed to the other Specialist however I still needed to go in and sign off a from made no since to go and sign off when I could of
just picked them up my self at the time I was told By Melissa No!!!! I could not Nor did they mentioned to me they could of been Mailed other wise I would of done so since they are now offering to mail them out they can so do I am requesting All my Documents and the Pictures that where taking at the time My Mailing address is still the same no changes have been made.Also I there is a second person Whom SHOULD NOT BE ON THE PAPER WORK CLEARLY STATES HIS NAME NEEDS TO BEEN REMOVED FROM THERE DOCUMENTS AND FROM THE COLLECTIONS AGENCY IT CLEARLY SHOW HE IS NOT TO BE ADDED AT ALL.Complaint: ***
