I ordered glasses from *** *** Since my vision is so poor I relied on the salesperson to help me find smaller lensed frames so my lenses were not so thick My glasshouses with my insurance were over $1, I went back to get my new glasses and was horrified the lenses were actually bigger than my current glasses! The Manager offered to replace the glasses as long as I chose another frame from their selection I picked another pair Three weeks later I received my second paid of new glasses and cannot see The employee said I would get used to them After days I went back to my eye doctor thinking my prescription was wrong The prescription was right but he said the lenses were poorly made The bifocals were set so low in the frame he had trouble finding them The second opinion I received suggested they may have used my old lenses and cut them down to fit the newer frames I now have paid over $1,and they won't give me my money back but offer to make new glass
