I am writing to apologize for the difficulties you have experienced at our store recently.We did have limited hours the week you attempted to come and again I apologize for not then posting information on the door regarding the hourly changes (we have our new winter hours posted now)We have had a change in personnel as well as the fact that we are preparing to move locations soon, so we are experiencing some disruptions which I certainly do not want to affect business (especially with a loyal customer like you)I further apologize for any communication issues that may have occurred with my new assistantI would have responded sooner but I thought the situation had been resolved; again my apologies for this delayed responseI can be reached directly/privately at [redacted] if we can discuss these issues furtherI certainly appreciate your patronage and would of course prefer not to lose your business if possibleIf there is anything I can personally do to help prevent that, please do not hesitate to call me
