Dear Ms.[redacted] /Revdex.com,We are sorry to hear of [redacted] unfortunate issues with our hospitaL We understand that Ms. [redacted]felt that her cats, [redacted] and [redacted], were not well taken care of by our staff We are also very sorry tohear that Ms.[redacted]...

felt that our staff lacked intra-communication and she also felt that her cats may nothave been cared for. Our staff prides themselves in communications amongst each other through morningand afternoon meetings, as well as documenting individual care on boarding logs that we provide foreach animal, this information is communicated and shared between all staff members.Ms. [redacted] did board her two cats, [redacted] and [redacted], from Friday morning 2/12/16 through Sunday 2/14/16afternoon. Upon arrival, Ms. [redacted] brought in special care instructions tor [redacted] and [redacted], that includedtheir feeding instructions which our staff carefully followed. Before leaving, Ms.[redacted] requested, to takeher cats back to their boarding condos with us, where she spent approximatly 40 minutes with [redacted]and [redacted] before leaving them Along with carefully following Ms. [redacted] instructions for [redacted] and[redacted], our staff took extra special care of them to ensure as comfortable of a stay as possible, as wewould do with any pet that boards with us. We were aware that [redacted] and [redacted] would likely need extraspecial care and attention as Ms.[redacted] had previously stated on her boarding tour on Saturday 2/6/16.Ms.[redacted] informed us during her boarding tour both cats would most likely be stressed from not being intheir normal home environment and she was concerned about possible stress. Unfortunately, both [redacted]and [redacted] did suffer from a bit of stress not being at home, this did cause them to eat poorly Friday night2/12/16 and Saturday morning 2/13/16. Because both [redacted] and [redacted] did not eat well during their firstday with us, we did send home more food than expected by Ms. [redacted],On Saturday morning 2/13/16 our boarding staff noticed that [redacted] and [redacted] had not eaten well thenight before which was also documented on their boarding logs, Our staff did make sure to follow thespecial instructions given on both [redacted] and [redacted]s' boarding logs: [redacted]s' special instructions, statedby Ms [redacted]: 'Im a grumpy boy, please comb my head, cheeks and neck to make me smile!" And [redacted]s'read "I love to play with string!"; our boarding staff did pet and comb [redacted] to make him happy andplayed with [redacted]. We also opened their kennel doors most of the [redacted] to allow them to play as they
wished. On Sunday 2114/16 both [redacted] and [redacted] started eatmg much better. We are confident that thisis due to our staff taking care of both cats during their boarding stay with our hospital, and the specialinstructions left my Ms. [redacted]. Because we feel that [redacted] and [redacted] were cared for adequately duringtheir stay with us and services were provided by our staff. we do not feel that Ms.[redacted] is entiited to arefund in the amount of $69.00.We would like to add that both [redacted] and [redacted] were wonderful cats during their boarding stay. Weenjoyed having them to care for. We do wish Ms. [redacted] the best for her and her cats
