defective.The pressure regulator was not adjustable, reading too high of pressure, it was replaced. The expansion tank on the hot water tank was full of water, meaning it needed replaced. It was replaced. The #7 back check made a noise, it was replaced. We do not service water meters.When Ms. [redacted] called about her bill we offered $80.00 off the bill, but she said no and paid the invoice in full. Two company secretaries talked to her, also a third call was made to her with no response. I will refund $100,00 and no more.
