I left hotel at 8;AM returning at 10;15AM hose keeper had been in room removed my personal bath towels and a special orange broader spa towel from the DENVER HYATT talked to MSANGAER asked housekeeper said she didn't remove themSO!! there empoyless are unturst worthy and the msangar has no customer service offers no compossousion to look into the dirty laundary cart the quest in room took photo of the the articles that wwere moved and the way the two remaing spa orange boader towels wwere posted

I booked this hotel for some friends 7/16/and they spoke to a manager there after only staying one of the nights scheduled Since it was pre-paid in full, the manager said that he would issue a credit/refund to my card He never did and I was still responsible for those charges I've made numerous calls to speak to the manager and none have ever been returned In addition, the travel company I booked through won't allow me to book any other travel plans since this dispute is still outstanding
