Initially vehicle was towed to another facility *** *** *** Framingham customer had issued with them had vehicle towed to usOur initial protocols with all insurance claims is to notify insurance company to have vehicle viewedWe had vehicle
viewed by customer insurance company they denied claim because customer story did not match, furthermore when customer changed his statement to his insurance carrier he was again found to be incorrect and claim was denied .This customer asked us if we could repair his vehicle at reduce price because he was not covered. Our agreement with this customer was thirty five hundred dollars The terms of agreement one thousand dollar deposit and pay has worked progressed he failed to do that This was major collision and was repaired at nominal price to assist him hence we have a relationship with his extended family and work on their vehiclesThe vehicle was completed even though he didn't honor our original terms but will not be released until paid in full
