Review: I am making payments on a bill for services that I owe them and made a one-time payment via my checking account and the company then proceeded to automatically take out the same amount at the beginning of every month for the past two months without my authorization or knowledge!If that was not bad enough, last night they did it twice in one month.It has placed me in undue financial hardship for the past two months at the beginning of the month. I contacted them and they state "it takes 30 days for the amount to be refunded to me." Are they kidding?????? I contacted my financial institution and they stated that in order for me to Block them from continuing to do that, I have to issue a stop payment at the cost of $35.00.Desired Settlement: I would like the monies they automatically removed from my account without authorization, permission or knowledge totaling $177.27.I understand I owe them but I will make monthly payments as I budgeted them when I began repaying the debt, NOT WHEN THEY THINK IT SHOULD BE PAYED.
