After they lost one payment, after years of making payments to them, they called and attempted to foist several lies, so itic and easily disproved, they could no longer be taken seriouslyI was already out the money for the payment they lost and sent them a copy of the receipt, which was easily used to verify that it had not been cashed by ANYONE, and yet they insisted that the order was 'not made out to them'Really? And how would they KNOW if they did not have it? They also insisted that it would have been connected in some magic and mysterious way, to an account number for themAgain, not possible with a money order that is un-cashed, especially one they insisted they never receivedThe receipt will only allow them to check if it had been cashedI could not have cashed it as it would say someone had when they checked, and they could find out whoIt hadn'tI offered in letter and phone conversation, to settle any and all alleged debt for a reduced amount as long as their lying stoppedThey hung up on me rather than admit faultA completely unprofessional and untrustworthy business
