we were told by the sales man James that the sd card they remove for theft purposes on there navigation systems of the cars , I left the dealer to go straight to a gas station being I live in philadelphia ,
when I was ready to leave the gas station up the street to put the navigation to return home the sd card was not in the systemi called they were closed I passed back buy they were gone
I called sunday and spoke to our sales man James about the card being it was sunday the boss Alex was not in till monday and he would handle it since then I have called to many times to count and have been giving me a run around Mr James Went as far as to tell me to go to the dealer

I Have purchased several vehicle's from several different dealers within the past years and I have had the WORST experience with Triple Crown Auto Sales located in ***, N.Yi purchased a BMW XI from them on June 27, in which as of August 10, 2018, l still have not received the title or the registration for the vehicleI've called and visited the dealer ship several times only to be given the run around every single timeOn Friday, August 3, I called the dealer to inquire about the registration and I was told that someone will be going to pick it up that same day or the next day on Saturday, August 4, and they would call meSaturday passed and no one called meOn Sunday, August 5, 2018, I drove to the dealer ship to inquire about the registrationI met with a sales rep named "James", I explained to him what I was told on Friday and he stated that no one was there, he gave me his business card with his cell number on it and reassured me that he would look into it and that I should call him back the following dayOn Monday, August 6, I called James on his cellphone, and no one answeredI waited for several minutes then I called the dealership and asked for James and they stated that he was not thereOn Wednesday, August 8, 2018, I called the dealer ship and spoke with "Carlos" in which point I was extremely upset and once again explained to him what was going on, he took my name and number and said he would look into it and get back to meOf course Carlos never called me back, so I drove to the dealership in which point Carlos and James were both thereI was highly upset and began arguing with them for giving me the run aroundThe manager "Joe" reassured me that he himself will personally go to the DMV to retrieve my registration and get back toStill no call back from them the following dayI called them back on Thursday evening, I spoke with James, I asked for Joe and James stated that he was not there BUT, he thinks that he went to pick up the registrationAt this point I was about to hit the roof with frustration so I sent my boyfriend later on to inquire about the registration because I could no longer deal with the run around due to my pressure being elevated by themAccording to Joe in the beginning he still did not have the registration, then shortly after he called his contact person and stated that the registration was completed and that he will have it in hand on Friday, August 11, I already received a ticket for the vehicle due to an expired temporary registration which expired on July 27, and they refused to give me another temp until I got mt permanent registrationI honestly believe that this business is a scam and by far the worst experienced I ever had with a dealershipThey need to be investigated because based upon several reviews via their website, other customers has had the same issues

Went thru finance approval, gave deposit on vehicleWent back to pick it up was informed it had been sold to someone else, told to go look at other garbage vehicles on the lot, mostly trashSales man got upset when told so, wanted to fight, I requested my money backstill waiting
