Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have received no calls from either [redacted] or [redacted] after they took the lights from our porch We received no visit from either of them either We have an answering machine and no voice mails were received; we have caller ID and no calls were missed We are holding to the fact that they owe us the lights they've cleaned or new lights to replace them on our porch Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Hello I'm [redacted] one of the owners here at joes roofing and painting I Apologize but I have not seem to get any of your phone calls and I was never aware of this problem my phone number is ###-###-#### please give me a call and hopefully we can resolve this issue thanks

We had done the job to completion they payed us the full amount we over sprayed some lights and we had promised to clean them or replace them I sent my guy over to get the lights and clean them when he try to take them back after 2or3 attempts he could not get any one home I then gave him the phone...

number and he tried calling them and they did not answer so there for I can not make them take the lights back I tried everything possible to make this right with my customers I never leave any problems on resolved with my costumer
