He later brought us a box with a quarter glass in it and asked us to install this glass, for the fee of $70.00 When we removed the glass it had a dent in the trim.No, we did not call him to tell him that his glass was blemished, it was his glass, he asked us to install it ...we did.When he brought this to my attention I explained to him that we did what he had asked us to do, which was to install "his" glass and we can not, and will not, warrantee glass that we do not sellHe was unreasonable. I offered to write a letter explaining the damage "out of the box" to the dealership, try to help get the glass returned, and try to get this resolvedHe agreed and left expecting me to get back with the next day.Instead I get this complaint on the Revdex.com . No demands were made from him while he was hereNo request that I refund any moneyno amount was mentioned until this complaint.I offered to work with him how I couldHe has chosen a different direction.
