Review: My car was towed to this site on july **,2013. I signed off on the care review for damages for slight scratches on front and back bumpers and slight ones on the doors. when my car was returned to me on july **,2013 after an axel repair there were 3 huge scratches on my hood, which WERE NOT there when it was dropped off. A [redacted] their assistant service manager tried to insinuate I was lying and that those were there and maybe because at the time he returned my car to me my car was dusty afte being in their care and I didnt notice the scratches before. I took pictures of the damage in his presence. These look like someone placed a box or something on my hood dragged it and didnt releaized it marked my car. I refuse to be left with a car I didnt damage. I want them to fix the damage they caused when they returned my car to me. I took pictures of the damages in the presence of [redacted] and I have them.Desired Settlement: I want the scratches removed from my hood. I want the hood made back to the way it was when I handed my car into their care...undamaged...... nothing less will do.
