I was a patient here during I never received a bill during the time I was receiving care but then received a bill for the entire year at a cost of over $I spoke to the billing to inquire why this had occurred and apparently they had entered my insurance info incorrectly into their systemNever in the multiple visits when I was in office did someone ask me for my card to correct itThe billing department was not able or willing to make adjustments to the amount and I attempted to reach the office manager by leaving messages, neither of these calls were returnedI have since changed providers
I was a patient here during 2016. I never received a bill during the time I was receiving care but then received a bill for the entire year at a cost of over $1000. I spoke to the billing to inquire why this had occurred and apparently they had entered my insurance info incorrectly into their system. Never in the multiple visits when I was in office did someone ask me for my card to correct it. The billing department was not able or willing to make adjustments to the amount and I attempted to reach the office manager by leaving 2 messages, neither of these calls were returned. I have since changed providers.
Incompetent Billing Department – received bill many years later, no bill in-between
My surgery was in Oct 2012, Insurance was paid in Oct 2012; I paid my co-insurance amounts at the end of 2012. Unknown to me, there was an Insurance disputed amount that was paid at 90% in Nov 2012, I received no billing in all of 2013 and not until Oct 2014, two years later. I have now no way of proving or disproving that I may have paid this amount from 2 years ago.
If the billing department is that incompetent why should I be billed years later?
When you pay the final payment get a document from them saying you are paid in full.
