Billing for eye operation
The billing for my wife’s eye in November 2019?was perfect. The billing for my wife’s eye in January of 2020 was the biggest screw up that I have never seen. It was the same operation by the same Doctor. We have to pay money to your Hospital for your screw up. We are 80 years old and on fixed income and have a hard time paying this every month which they do not cash the checks for two to three weeks which is lowing our credit report. So I hope you are proud of your collect agent. You can forgive billing of a lot of people but not use. This is a real problem for use at this time. Donald Wertman

I am in receipt of the inquiry made by your office on File Number [redacted] Please be advised that the patient account [redacted] for patient [redacted] is currently in review and we will respond by letter once the review completesThe account has been removed from the collection agency and the balance prorated back to the insurance because there should be no patient liability for this date of serviceThe account was not placed with the agency long enough to have a negative effect on the patient's creditWe will work to follow up with the insurance to be sure the balance is posted correctly to the accountIf there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at 615-695-
