West Valley Oxi Fresh

I called regarding a special (two rooms for $68.00). I said I was interested in the protection. I was told the total would be $141.00. This included protection for both rooms and a Service fee. The protection was $30 a room. I said that was too much and I had changed my mind and did not want to have my carpets cleaned.
A few minutes later, [redacted] called the told me that I could have the carpets cleaned for the special ($68.00) plus the service charge. [redacted] said the total would be $76.00.I agreed this this and made the appointment. I receiv- ed an e-mail stating the appointment time and the charge of $76.00
At 7:51 pm the night before the appointment the next morning, I received another e-mail, confirming the time and cost. The cost was now $84.00. When the employee arrived I told him about the error in the total price. He had $84.00 on his work order. I printed out the $76.00 confirmation and told him that was all that I was going pay. I did this before any work was started.
I don't plan to do business with this company again. The employee was professional and did a good job. However, I do not trust this company after they tried to raise the price on me.
