When we called them to follow up, the reps were extremely confused by what had happened and couldn't explain why the notes were contradicting themselvesThen they closed the dispute and said they hadn't received our email on time even though their other notes said they hadIt had absolutely nothing to do with any emails shared by the company proving anythingThe credit card company completely dropped the ballRegarding the cabin, we didn't even call anyoneWe talked directly to an extremely kind employee who apologized over and overThe rest of our comments are percent trueIf you need additional filings from additional people, we will let them know that you want to hear the facts from them as wellOur story has never changedIt has been the same since the beginningPlease share a single fact that has changed if you choose to hurl such accusationsThe sink had water sitting in the bottom of the water-damaged cabinet as well as damaged baseboard from the prolonged exposure to leaking waterTo state that we did something to the sink is pathetic and untrueWe did share the water situation with the companyWe were afraid that the person cleaning wasn't sharing this with them because surely they woudn't ignore something that was causing such damage to their propertyYou didn't clean up the water on the floorWe didLie number...we have lost countMouse poop on the floor lining the wall and in our bed is evidence of rodentsPoop in the linens is evidence of rodentsIt is not at all unlikely that we would have stayed nightsWe had already paid to stay at your placeWe showed up from out of state, after dark, unloaded our items, and gradually discovered each of the items listedWe don't have the luxury of paying for different locations in a single night, so leaving this place that we already paid for and that required notice to get our money back was not an optionWe stayed away from the room as much as possibleYou are at no loss to understand our complaintsYou aren't honestWe have now discovered other complaints online that state the same thingWe only wish we had found these beforehand so we would have known betterEverything we have said is completely honest and accurateWe shared many of these things while there, but not in a complaining way, only in a, "Hey, just so you know..." kind of wayWe were just going to chalk the experience up as a bad one and be on our way, but after discovering we had been overcharged for the quoted whitewater price and having the owner cheat us out of the quoted price after numerous emails, we decided that we had a duty to share with other consumers.We want money back Regards, [redacted] ***

I will address each item the company stated one by one:We never tried to purchase another Groupon. That is a lie. The owner quoted us a price, and we simply asked her to honor it. She hasn't. Please share the emails that you claim say we confirmed the price. That is another lie. Our initial response to you after receiving the confusing bill--and follow-up emails--were to point out that it appeared that you were charging us incorrectly. You didn't bother to respond before we traveled there. We mistakenly thought you fixed the overcharge, but you didn't. We discovered this upon receiving our credit card statement. We disputed the bill with the credit card company and they lost our email. Their notes say, "Email received...No email." When we called them to follow up, the reps were extremely confused by what had happened and couldn't explain why the notes were contradicting themselves. Then they closed the dispute and said they hadn't received our email on time even though their other notes said they had. It had absolutely nothing to do with any emails shared by the company proving anything. The credit card company completely dropped the ball. Regarding the cabin, we didn't even call anyone. We talked directly to an extremely kind employee who apologized over and over. The rest of our comments are 100 percent true. If you need additional filings from additional people, we will let them know that you want to hear the facts from them as well. Our story has never changed. It has been the same since the beginning. Please share a single fact that has changed if you choose to hurl such accusations. We were afraid that the person cleaning wasn't sharing this with them because surely they woudn't ignore something that was causing such damage to their property. You didn't clean up the water on the floor. We did. Lie number...we have lost count. Mouse poop on the floor lining the wall and in our bed is evidence of rodents. Poop in the linens is evidence of rodents. It is not at all unlikely that we would have stayed 2 nights. We had already paid to stay at your place. We showed up from out of state, after dark, unloaded our items, and gradually discovered each of the items listed. We don't have the luxury of paying for 2 different locations in a single night, so leaving this place that we already paid for and that required notice to get our money back was not an option. We stayed away from the room as much as possible. You are at no loss to understand our complaints. You aren't honest. We have now discovered other complaints online that state the same thing. We only wish we had found these beforehand so we would have known better. Everything we have said is completely honest and accurate. We shared many of these things while there, but not in a complaining way, only in a, "Hey, just so you know..." kind of way. We were just going to chalk the experience up as a bad one and be on our way, but after discovering we had been overcharged for the quoted whitewater price and having the owner cheat us out of the quoted price after numerous emails, we decided that we had a duty to share with other consumers.We want money back.

This customer bought the maximum number of Groupons allowed (per Groupon rules), then wanted to purchase more, but Groupon said no. She called us directly and bought additional tickets for the additional members of her group. We told her what the extra people would be, and have no idea why she still...

insists she was charged incorrectly. We even shared with her (and her credit card company) the emails where she confirmed all of this. She filed a complaint with her credit card company, and they found in our favor after reviewing her emails, the correspondence, and the pictures we shared. I don't even know how to respond to the cabin complaint. We did have one dryer that was down, and when housekeeping left they forgot to notify our staff to make the 2nd bed and stock the towels when the dryer was done, that is totally true. As soon as the guest called us, we did so, and apologized. The rest of the comments are just untrue, and her story seems to be more wild every time she tells it. She did obviously sit or hang on the sink pedestal during their stay, and the unit was pulled from the wall, which resulted in the plumbing cracking just enough for a leak onto the bathroom floor and soaking into the rug. Nothing was leaking when the unit was cleaned, and there was no water when we brought the linens. At no time did she ever mention the water during her stay either. We repaired the pipe, cleaned up the water on the bathroom floor, and reattached the pedestal to the wall when we went in to clean the room after their departure. There was no evidence of spiders, rodents, or anything else - no guest complained prior or after, and our owner lives on site and inspects each unit weekly. If there was some terrible condition as she claims, it seems unlikely she would have stayed 2 nights since we are surrounded by a dozen hotels within 10 minutes of us. We have regular guests who visit us every year and stay with us every year. We are at a loss to understand her complaints or why she has made allegations that simply are not true.
