[redacted]We are very displeased with our water company.  WV water shut our water off without notification.  We called them three times and each time we were assured that the water was not shut off and that our bill was paid up.  Over the course of two weeks we used a hair dryer and purchased a space heater which we left running only to hire a plumber and find out that our water was indeed shut off.  All that we asked for was a credit of water in the amount that we paid the plumber.  We are not seeking the incurred charges for what we spent in electricity or the inconvenience that were put through in a two week span.  We have already sent you a statement from the plumber.  Thank you for your concern in this matter.  Sincerely [redacted]
