I bought a heat pump-air conditioning system from this company on July 17, and after weeks the unit quit working My technician contacted the company about this and they said a unit would be sent that week, along with a technician to check my tecnician's work Nothing happensArnell , who sold the unit, supplied this information After more calls, Me and MrKevin ***, my technician, were told that another unit was on the way and nothing has happened We have talked to Nigel, Arnell's superior, and have been told that a unit was on the way Mr*** and I have called this company two to three times a week and have been told that something would be done and nothing happens We have been told we would be called back and no one calls This has been going on since July 17th! I have suffered through hot weather with minimum air conditioning with no response from this company After I sent a certified letter to the store, Nigel called and said a unit was on the way,
