Dear *** ***:This is in regard to***, The customer was not reimbursed for the time that the Motel room wasn't used due to the fact that the rules were not followed.Complainant was aware of our policys and read and signed the registration that I
have enclosed.We are very sorry this happened to her boyfriendWe would have had to ask him to leave without a refund because he didn't follow the rules and was asking guests if they could get him drugs and obvious he did them in the motel roomThere is some dishonesty in her complaint the buisness doesn't make such promises as refunds.We don't know if a guest is getting a refund or deposit back upon check in,only checking out.SincerelyLinda D***Westwinds Motel Management
