inquired about ways to reduce his bill. We informed him that we would have new pricing available soon. We emailed him on June 18th that our new price offerings were not available yet. We contacted him on June 30th to inform him of the new internet speeds and pricing are now available He has decided to subscribe to our new internet speed bundle pricing.

We contacted the customer on 7/9/15 to discuss his concerns and further review of his claim. We contacted the customer again on 7/10/15 to discuss options and we have agreed on a satisfactory resolution to bring closure to this case.
