insurance company estimate and not ours which were different. We emailed Starsinic Appraisal service who prepared the estimate for the insurance company on 6-15-15 for a supplement request which they came out on 6-25-15 and did so.While we started the repairs it was discovered that the front bumper was not covered on the insurance estimate and notified the customer and the customer decided to supply a bumper they purchased off of [redacted]. The customer stated that the bumper would come painted and we would just have to install which we would do at no cost to the customer. To the date of the response we have not received that bumper to install that is being supplied by the customer.
Customer was also told they would have to pay 1/2 of wheel cost and supply us the front bumper which to this point we have not received and want to complete the repairs and get the vehicle back to the customer.
