Hi thereThank you for your concerns. Due to the nature of the event we were in no way negligent by taking the proper steps in moving your refrigeratorWe removed necessary parts and doors. Unfortunately the doorway was narrow and the refrigerator was a very large modelIt was a used refrigerator and we attempted an offer with the customer for the slight cosmetic damage We have tried to demonstrate a good faith effort to resolve your damage including reimbursement for half the cost of a new door. That specific model had a replacement door value of around $200. The offer was rejected Again, I apologize about your situation and hope I was able to address your concerns.Thank you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear The response is inaccurateI don't have a storm door on the front door where they tried to move the refrigeratorI attached photos of the damage to my refrigeratorThey said they are not able to repair the item, so I request the item be replacedThey should have taken the time to prevent my items being damagedThey told our family that they were insured against damage and replaced items that are damagedThis assurance convinced us to use this company and they have not lived up to their promises of fixing/ replacing damaged items.

The movers did not remove the handles until after they got the refrigerator stuckThey didn't remove the door from the frame until they got it stuck againThey did not measure any of the items to see if they would fit through the available spaceThere were multiple doors that could have been utilized if they had measured and had concern about the fit They performed a number of inappropriate moving actions as evidenced by my damaged doorThere is damage to the handles, the freezer, and both doorsI am willing to compromiseThe left door on our unit has the most amount of damageThe replacement is $on the Sears websiteThis is without taxes or shipping or without installmentThe replacement does not have a number of pieces (this is the side with the ice maker feature ) that will likely need to be taken off the current doorThe skilled labor for that is currently an unknown costI am not able to find out until November 7th, but the diagnostic fee alone is $Based on the refrigerator's retail price of $(bought brand new months prior to the move and in pristine condition - evidence available in our realtor photos) and the gouges on the freezer door, handles, and both refrigerator doors, it would be more reasonable for them to pay $for the replacement and installation of that doorIt seems likely that my actual cost will be higher than that, but I would like to resolve this matterThere will still be damage to the other areas, but it will be much less noticeable than having the entire door scratched and gougedThe idea of them replacing the door was never proposed to meOver the phone, he simply stated that he would credit me back $of the money I paid and would need to get a lawyer if I wanted moreHe is rude and his proceedings with the Revdex.com have been less than honest

I am sorry to hear about your experience, and we strive to have a positive experience with every customer? I would like to address your concerns and hope we can resolve any issues? Your first concern involved your refrigerator? It is not our standard procedure to wrap every item,
we ask that our clients let us know which items will need wrapped as opposed to wasting valuable time wrapping all items? The entryway where we took the fridge through was also very difficult because of the storm door addition? So again I apologize about the trouble with the refrigerator? As for the "Mistakes" our men made, ? they had slipped a few times on the pad that was laid in the front entryway, but this was only to protect your floors and entryway? I am sorry about your experience but if there is anything we can do in the future please let us know.?
