Revdex.com:A manager of the dealership called at 8:47pm the night after the complaint was recieved from Revdex.comThey called again the following day and my husband called backThey agreed to take my credit card over the phone and we recieved credit days later complaint ID [redacted] a resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

In the best interest of this customer the decision was made to use TFCU Credit Union because of the fact that they provided a much better and less expensive lease option for the customer than Toyota Financial Services The monthly payment through Toyota Financial Services would have cost the customer over $more per month because of a higher interest rate and lower residual valueThe customer was advised of the large difference in lease payment and knowingly decided to go with the much lower payment from the credit unionDuring negotiations the customers Salesperson as well as the Sales Manager explained to the customer that Penn Toyota is not responsible for any fees or bills from the customers previous leaseThe customer called into the dealership and repeatedly threatened our Salesperson with not only written and verbal retaliation and abuse but also physical harm The Salesperson then reported the customers issues and behavior to the Sales Manager who explained to the customer that all of the information was indeed given to him at time of purchase and also afterwards and asked him to cease in his verbal and physical threats to the SalespersonCustomer proceeded to call Toyota Corporate and file a complaint Our Customer Relations Manager reached out to customer and explained that there was no promise made by the dealer to pay the disposition fee or any other charges on any of his paperwork She also informed him that Penn Toyota worked the deal in his best interest using the lowest rates to save him the most moneyCustomer states that he was too sleepy and just wanted to leave the dealership and did not read contractCustomer and Customer Relations Manager agreed that customer is responsible for the disposition fee

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
While the car seems to be running right, we still have a problemAs we were leaving Penn Toyota on Monday, 7/**/15, we noticed that the window that they worked on (they replaced the regulator switch on 7/*/15) was in the down position, and would not go upThey looked at it and told us they needed to replace the master switch in order for the window to function properlyInstead of laying out more money for them to replace the master switch, we opted to not have use of the window; so they disconnected the power to the window to keep it from going down by itself, and we can’t use itThe problem with this is that we already paid them $for the regulator and $for labor to install the regulator, and we still have a window that doesn’t work We don’t want them to do any more work on the carWe feel that we are entitled to the money we paid them, because they failed to fix the window

I am totally disagree with dealer response.1)The dealer said that they will take care of all the fees that will associated with my previous lease of Toyota highlander which is last payment ,return fees and disposition fee $+ tax2)I was with Toyota financials for over years term years each never had problemThe dealer failed to mention to me that if you will go with TFCU instead of Toyota financials you will be occurred disposition fee 350.The deal that I negotiated with dealer has nothing to do decency and integrity that dealer lacks. Also they never mentioned that by signing deal with TFCU I am gonna have $purchase fee $disposition fee instead of like you have with Toyota leasing.3)When customer relations rep called me I never agreed to pay disposition fee .It is totally their responsibility and I am not gonna pay that. She is lying.4)After initial argument over the phone Tony ***, Todd coopersmith told me calm down when you get the bill take pic of it and I will take care of it...When I got the bill I texted him...his answer was "I am sorry for misunderstanding but disposal fee is customer reponsobility and we not gonna pay this" .When I called then they they didn't wanna even talk to me they hung up the phone.I never treated them physically I just wanted them to fulfill their promise...which is to pay disposition fee $350+tax its their direct responsibility

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
We were originally told that the regulator would fix the problemWe paid $for the regulaotor which didn’t fix the windowThen we were told that the master switch would fix the problemIn addition to paying for the regulator which didn’t correct the problem, we paid $249.84 for labor ($and $for tax) While we are not completely satisfied with this proposal as we are still out the money for the cost of the part and we still have a window that doesn’t work, we are anxious to be done with Penn Toyota, and will agree to them reimbursing us $if this complaint remains as public record

As noted prior - the customer was advised of possible conditions concerning the window regulator and window operation before the work was startedThe customer agreed to all the terms and a authorized repairDealer proposes a compromise regarding the repair The dealer will reimburse customer back the labor paid (230.00) to install the regulatorPlease also note dealer had already paid to have the vehicle towed back for no reason other than the customer thought he heard a noise

As stated on lease order, dealer will take care of one payment from customer's off-lease Toyota HighlanderDealer fulfilled that obligation as promisedThere is nothing in writing stating dealer will pay disposition fee

Penn Toyota towed the customers vehicle back to the dealer at no expense to the customerUpon arrival , the dealer placed the vehicle upon a lift to inspect for any oil leaksDealer techs determined that there are no fluids -oil or otherwise , leaking from customers vehicle at this timeDealer
then invited ** *** to inspect his vehicle in the shop with the techniciansHe also noted that there was no fluids leaking from vehicleDealer additionally had a technician road test the vehicle with ** *** for any drivability concernsAll vehicle operation is to manufactures specifications at this time ** *** complaints are unfounded against dealer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As stated before... I had already paid my car lease through February ** 2017,so they had my vehicle basically for free for over days which is $335....on this basis the dealership agreed to pay all fees associated with return of my Toyota included disposition fee $which is the last payment for Toyota highlander and I have this in writingIn addition, the dealer told me that the Toyota policy is that if I lease another Toyota, the disposition fee will be waivedThe car I returned to the dealership after my lease was a Toyota Highlander and the car that I leased from Penntoyota on 01/**/is Toyota TundraUnder these circumstances the dealer DID NOT follow through on their promises to me as Loyal Toyota customer

customer for the duration of time needed to further diagnose his concerns.Customer brought in 2010 Toyota Corolla for a recall on the power window master switch. Dealer performed recall only following Toyota guidelines of putting a special grease into the master switch whereas in some cases the master switch does not make proper contact resulting in replacement of the master switch. Customer had to return to perform replacement. Customer states the following day vehicle started to smoke and won't start. Customer had engine replaced at outside shop. Customer states he did not contact dealer because his outside repair shop was convenient to him.

customer over $200 more per month because of a higher interest rate and lower residual value. The customer was advised of the large difference in lease payment and knowingly decided to go with the much lower payment from the credit union. During negotiations the customers Salesperson as well as the Sales Manager explained to the customer that Penn Toyota is not responsible for any fees or bills from the customers previous lease. The customer called into the dealership and repeatedly threatened our Salesperson with not only written and verbal retaliation and abuse but also physical harm.  The Salesperson then reported the customers issues and behavior to the Sales Manager who explained to the customer that all of the information was indeed given to him at time of purchase and also afterwards and asked him to cease in his verbal and physical threats to the Salesperson. Customer proceeded to call Toyota Corporate and file a complaint.  Our Customer Relations Manager reached out to customer and explained that there was no promise made by the dealer to pay the disposition fee or any other charges on any of his paperwork.  She also informed him that Penn Toyota worked the deal in his best interest using the lowest rates to save him the most money. Customer states that he was too sleepy and just wanted to leave the dealership and did not read contract. Customer and Customer Relations Manager agreed that customer is responsible for the disposition fee.
