That fluid is communicable. I made an informal statement that this was the case even in the school district my children were in. This was during the business day and I let the consumer know that I would have to call her back later. I have 42 children I take care of. She continued to call me.
Our policy is that we will not let children attend with raised blisters that are full of fluid. Due to this being our policy, we would like this complaint removed from our report.
Furthermore, We have a history with this consumer and her ability to not cope with our rules and policies.
She wants to pull the kids out of my daycare and the children's father does not want to pull them out. They left the daycare center anyway.
