This letter is in response to your correspondence regarding the complaint submitted by *** *** involving a Service Issue
On 7/9/15, *** *** reported water
infiltration in her hall closetIt was inspected by a maintenance technician on 7/9/2015, and it was found that the condensation hose in the unit above hers was not properly placed in the drain and had caused the water intrusion
The closet wall was inspected on 7/16/to make sure it was completely dry and the closet wall was then cleaned and painted with Kilz
On 7/21/*** reported water infiltration and mold growth in the same hall closetMaintenance responded on 7/21/and found that the condensation hose in the unit above was knocked out of place again causing additional water intrusionAt that time, ***'s Carpet Cleaning was called to bring in a fan and dehumidifier to quickly dry out the closet
On 7/23/STL Painters replaced the drywall in the linen closet at the residents request because the equipment in her hall was preventing her from getting to the bathroom during the night and was very loud*** request to transfer to another unit as soon as one she prefers becomes available was approved
On 8/5/a follow up inspection and moisture meter test was done and no moisture was detected in the closet at that time
