The company advertising a certain priceI made the appointment the lady ask what kind of carThey did the inspection told me it was to fixI told them just give me the advertised price for brake pads after they took the brakes off they then came told me they didnt have the partsThey knew what kind of car I had bc I made an appointmentBut after I wouldnt allow the extra work they saidcthey couldnt put my brakes on

The $139 advertised price was offered to Ms. K [redacted] but she did need some additional work. I have attached a copy of her repair order that displays an itemized list of what we suggested to Ms. K [redacted] to repair her vehicle properly.

We have Tried several different ways to look up this person in our system and have not been able to find anything with the information providedplease give the name, phone number or ro# that would have been used at the timeThe Ro # can be found at the top right of paperwork from usThank you, T*** P***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]In response to the last email that I sent to the business with my official receipt of the brake work done on my car, T[redacted], the district manager at Brakes for less sent "lol." I called the business and asked to speak to him, he proceeded to disrespect me and stated that my receipt was fake. I told him to call the business and he refused to do so. I also asked to speak to his superior and he stated that he was the superior. I have attached the receipt for the brake work from Brakes for less and their warranty work which still left my car squeaking and worst. I also attached our email conversation which shows T[redacted]'s lack of professionalism and inability to communicate properly. Finally, I attached the receipt from work I had done after they messed up my car. The business is trying avoid refunding me and hence is trying to make me look dishonest, when they are the one that neglected to provide the services that I paid for.

Customer made contact on 11/13/17 stating they had an oil stain on their seat. Even though we use seat covers it is possible for this to happen so we requested a picture. The picture sent showed light discoloration in a heavy ware area. We asked the customer to please send a copy of the receipt for...

cleaning (this receipt has never been sent to us).  On 12/23/17 customer sent an email requesting $440.00 for cleaning and for other work that had never been discussed. We again asked for receipts as none had been provided. On 12/27/17 we received another email stating to just give them money and they would stop calling and emailing.  We again asked for receipts and a paper that had a hand written note with no information was sent. We asked again for actual receipts. On 1/15/18 we received a half finished Microsoft word template that due to multiple discrepancies is an obvious fake.                                                               Have Tried to send attachments of pictures and documents but the system wont send them
