First of all I having been trying 2 days with live chat, no response, cannot get anyone to talk on the phone with me, I purchased in person at the Westbury theatre NYCB on April 24 for a Sept. 20 show, (The Million Dollar) I went there to make sure I purchased good seats since my niece was coming from Ohio, I was told they were great 8 rows back, to my surprise the stage did not move, we sat on the side with a view of a Piano players back, for the whole show, I am having cataract surgery on Oct 16. the whole show was a blur on the screen, we were very disappointed we had purchased 5 tickets, anything you can do would be appreciated

Review: I bought tickets for Kathy Griffin for the [redacted] of February and was very excited to go. Through out the day of the show there were weather updates and a blizzard warning. I consistently tried to contact the theater to find out if the venue has been canceled since I live 40 miles away from the theater. I did not want to drive since it was already snowing and there was more to come. Long story short, I didn't get in touch with anyone from the theater. There is absolutely no customer support at all. They let the phone constantly ring. I called ticketmaster and told them what's going on and they basically said I was out of luck with getting my money back for a refund. I was exs I expected to drive miles in the snow to the theater to attend this show or take a 127.00 loss... I contacted my credit card provider and explained the issue. They were the only helpful ones out of the whole situation and very understanding. My question is how can a well known theater venue get away with taking people's money in situations like this one? I'm very disappointed and will never attend anything at this theater ever again..Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my tickets since the situation couldn't be helped for the fact of a snow storm. I still would never go there again and never recommend anyone to go there either.

Review: misleading links on the web site to a ticket resale site when I wanted to buy tickets directly from the concert venue.My [redacted] search took me to [redacted] - site clearly showed WESTBURYTICKETSI clicked on Buy Tickets.Found the event I wanted - [redacted] 11/**/2015 - clicked on the TICKETS button.Found seats I wanted for $74By the time I was finished paying for them, with all the fees charged, total was $126.55.Ticket was to be emailed to me.Got the email - the ticket was in someone else's name, and face value was only $59.50.Upon closer examination I realized I purchased from a ticket re-seller when I thought I was purchasing from the venue NYCB Theatre at WestburyDesired Settlement: this is absolutely ridiculous.I went to one site to buy a ticket and was directed to another site where I ended up overpaying for the ticket itself, plus exorbitant fees. I never would have purchased this ticket had I known I was dealing with a re-seller and not a concert venue.
