The customer had her towed in Dec.8 2114 because of a no start. We checked it out not only with a scanner but a fuel pressure gauge. It had no fuel pressure. We told the customer and replaced the fuel pump. Ran great. When the customer brought...
the car in saying it stalled we checked it, drove it trying to find the problem. Ran great. Have since, do to the customers concerns replaced her pump. We never refused not to warranty our part, we just wanted to find the cause of her stalling. Thank You Jim

My car was repaired; but, I do not agree with the explanation given because it has omissions i.e. how the original diagnosis, in December, was explained to me; my car was towed again immediately after the work was done, due to faulty labor; the omission of my car having to be towed with the past incident.
While I appreciate that the owner, Dean, made a point to get my car back to operating condition, I don't want it to appear like I did not understand what was wrong with my car.
