Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]this statement was absolutely untrue I asked that they bring my car back inside to finish the work because nothing had been done, the worker got in my face started yelling that he visually inspected all fluidswhen I asked him to check everything including tire pressure he said " I'm not doing anything for you" I asked every single employee for the business information everyone said they didn't knowThem when I asked for a [redacted] they said he was off, suddenly this young man appears and says he's the managrrI did not believe him as I've been there many times and have never seen him thereI asked him as well for the business info I also expressed that although they did not perform the services they check them off on the sales receiptI also told him that it was inappropriate for the sales person to speak to me in that way, he said " I'm sorry for you" before he walked away he said " we are the best oil change place around here" he never responded to the fact that I asked for them to finish the jobThey did not check [redacted] of my flu id's nor did they check air pressure even after I askedI never attempted to leave without paying I kept saying just take the car back inside and give the services you claim you providea on the receipt, and I was told I COULD NOT USE BULK OIL Only after I spoke with someone on the phone did they say oh ok, it can be donethey are extremely unprofessional as I said previously the person who changed my oil got in my face In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

to whom it may concern, we have one of the best oil change service in bronx and day by day our customers are increasing which means we are providing good servicewe try our best to use the same oil as the car is because later customers complaint usno body told her that it couldn't be done we just told her that honda oil will be betterthen she called her friend and she decided to use the bulk oil and we did the bulk oil as she told uswe are no longer do the spray oil in doors without customer ask us because some customers give us a compliant that they get intoxicatedso we have the signs which clearly says that " PLEASE ASK THE [redacted] FOR DOOR SPRAYWE DON'T DO IT WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSIONTHANK YOU"she was so rude with the employee and was racist by calling one of my employee "little [redacted] guy"she came to one of my employee and ask him why he didn't check her tire pressure, but it says clearly on notice that "WE NO LONGER CHECK TIRES WITH SE NSOR VALVESWE ONLY CHECK IF SENSOR LIGHT IS ON!" when my employee was trying to explain her she stopped him in the middle and told him she don't want to talk to him and wanted to speak to the [redacted] when I ( [redacted] ) came she told me that I don't look like a [redacted] , that was so rude of heri was standing next to her for like mins and she ignored me and she was on her phone, I left her.then she took her key and wanted to leave without paying us but one of our employee stopped her because he did hard work on her carThen she called me againwe have all the notice signs proves and will be provided on requestwe try our best to give best service but sometime customers are so rudeshe did times oil changed from us and never paid for oil filter, we usually charge $for itwe never ask her because we always want to keep our customersMy employee do hard work whole day long and when customer like [redacted] don't pay and be rude that hurts the mwe cannot give her a money back because we did our best service and job had donebut she is still welcome any time to Westchester Ave CW & Lube Inc., because we love our customers and we have one of the best customer service at westchesterThank you

thats not true, air pressure sensor was not ON. now you want me to apology and you never talk to me about your problem and just want me to provide you the business info. And we did provide you all the services that your car required. And I have loyal customers because I see the business is growing day by day by grace of God, so it doesn't matter for us if you discourage everyone that u know, my employees are hard workers and provide best oil and car wash service in bronx. again we did all the work and you was rude with my employees

Review: I came in for an oil change I have a Honda crv at first I was told I had to use Honda oil I asked the man for bulk oil he was saying it couldn't be done. When I called a male friend to ask if it was true he said no, then the man here said oh it's ok. While waiting I watched another man open my hood fill the bulk oil close my hood and pull my car out. When I asked why nothing else was done , for example oil in the doors and checking the fluids he said they don't do that unless I ask. So I asked why the check it off as checked on the receiot. The man began yelling at me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back as they did not provide all the services.
