Ms. Jessica R [redacted] is the worst lawyer ever! She used my entire retainer, which was substantial, on phone calls and paper work. She never went to court for me and I owed her another 1,000 dollars above and beyond her phone calls. I was forced to go to another law firm because she had no real stance on what to do and kept calling me asking me what I thought was best to do!!!!!!!!! The fees kept building for every minute that she basically went in circles. She did not resolve the case and it seemed that the opposing lawyer and her were friends. She is now taking me to court for fees and I feel like she is fighting harder to get paid than she ever did on my case. As result of her lack of consultation, I did lose my case and as the case was quite sensitive dealing with my children, it was a great and emotional loss. I would not recommend her to anyone who needs help in family matters. She did not use any of her schooling or knowledge base to help me. She charged me thousands for paper work and chatting on the phone and took advantage of me - a divorced, in school mother of two.
