Westchester Property Management Group, Inc. is responsible for managing [redacted]. As an owner and resident of [redacted] for the past 15 years, I have never experienced such lackluster service. Since July **,2014 I have been emailing Mr. R[redacted] (property manager) and Mr. L[redacted] (president) about a leak amongst other matters that they're responsible for. Over 70 emails were sent! This leak caused substantial damage to my ceiling and walls over the course of time. Mr. L[redacted] has been extremely contentious and outright rude (all in writing) to work with. Due to their lackadaisical attitude and negligence, the situation within my home deteriorated. Subsequently, more monies have to be spent- all having to be paid for by the condominium association. I have a major issue with this as the association should not be solely responsible for this situation, when it's actually Westchester Management Group that did not do their job which resulted in the interior conditions worsening. They are a horrible company to deal with. They hold onto our money and seemingly use delay tactics so they don't have to spend it.
