Westchester property management manages my property at Chappaqua Commons. We have had an active leak roof leak on the entire front of our condominium now for 26 days and they have taken no measures to stop the leak. It has caused excessive damage inside with the april rains. There is potential for mold development. They refuse to even put a tarp to stop the leak. The property manager John Ricci is extremely apathetic and rude and incompetent. The company president John Lemonte is there just to steal our money and offers no customer service. He does not want to be made aware of any issues or get involved. I have complained to Chappaqua Building Department, NY HUD and BBB. They are intentionally destroying my property and increasing the spend from our common charges. Dont know the reason for their gross negligence. Terrible company ... if considering for your business PLEASE DONT hire them ... April 2022

Westchester Property Management Group, Incis responsible for managing [redacted] As an owner and resident of [redacted] for the past years, I have never experienced such lackluster service Since July **,I have been emailing MrR [redacted] (property manager) and MrL [redacted] (president) about a leak amongst other matters that they're responsible for Over emails were sent! This leak caused substantial damage to my ceiling and walls over the course of time MrL [redacted] has been extremely contentious and outright rude (all in writing) to work with Due to their lackadaisical attitude and negligence, the situation within my home deteriorated Subsequently, more monies have to be spent- all having to be paid for by the condominium association I have a major issue with this as the association should not be solely responsible for this situation, when it's actually Westchester Management Group that did not do their job which resulted in the interior conditions worsening They are a horrible company to deal with They hold onto our money and seemingly use delay tactics so they don't have to spend it
