Westchester property management manages our condo at Chappaqua Commons. Similar to the customer below we have had an active ceiling leak for the last 26 days and no action has been taken by the same two people below. John Ricci and John Lemonte. They are extremely incompetent and rude. Their incompetence has resulted in significant damage to my property which now the association has to pay for. I have complained to the Chappaqua building department BBB and HUD. Please don't hire them for your condominium. Now you see same incompetence over many years. Thanks Aparna Uppal
