I am rejecting this response because:
Mr *** Is trying to force me to pay for something that I do not need and cannot use. I will recommend that the new home owners be aware of how he treats his old customers and that they find a new vender to care for their home's systems. Decisions like this clearly indicate that he is not running the business very well and is not to be trusted

Dr. [redacted] contacted our office to cancel his alarm monitoring.  The alarm monitoring is based upon an annual commitment (the signed document is attached) and renews each year.  We told Dr. [redacted] we would not hold him to the agreement, however, since our current...

billing period was already paid and to go into effect, we offered to refund $25.00 in addition to releasing him of the yearly renewal agreement.  We also offered to credit the full $75.00 towards the alarm monitoring of his new home.  Neither offer was satisfactory to Dr. [redacted] and he told our accounting person that he would take this up with the Revdex.com.  Hence, we are offering the same resolution to release Dr. [redacted] from the agreement's full period and provide a partial refund from the current period of $25.00 or credit $75.00 to apply if we monitor his current alarm system.  Please let us know if any additional information is required.Thank you.
