Westcon agrees that we did communicate with Mr*** about replacing the Precast stepWestcon advised Mr*** that he would be fit into the scheduleWestcon agrees there were delays to the replacement
happening due to unforeseen circumstances as well as Mr*** cancelling due to a holiday trip
Payment was to be made in the form of a chq onsite before work began as well as a Liability sheet signedAgreement made verbally
Due to the nature of the Clients response to the installer onsite as well as the conversation Westcon had with Mr***, it was decided that an misunderstanding had been made and that it would be in both parties best interest to NOT perform any workNo written contract had been signed
Mr*** agrees that no work was done and that he may have refused to pay for the work if it was not "Performed to his Standard"If this information was shared beforehand Westcon would have not looked at doing the Job
Mr*** indicated we could sue him for the money if he did not pay after the job was doneWestcon is well aware of this fact, however chasing a customer for payment is not in "our best interest"
Mr***'s statements lead Westcon to believe there was going to be a high probability of dissatisfaction by Mr*** if work was performedWestcon did not perform any work because Mr***'s expectations are unknown
