Regarding *** ***, Original lease was from 3/18/2016-06/17/2017.This resident moved out on 10/19/2016, the lease was terminated early, therefore she did get charged a termination fee, along with damages to the apartmentWe sent out a final statement to the forwarding address that was
provided, and we do give days for the payment to be madeYour account was sent to collections on 12/02/Office staff including myself check voice mails daily, hourlyWe will not be able to remove the account from collections due to it not getting paidWe do not remove accounts after they are sent to collections you will need to contact RCI at ***, and let them know you would like to take care of this amountPlease let me know if you have any further questions, Thank you, Westdale Hills*** ***Accounts Manager

Hi ***, I'm sorry that you feel that we have advertised our prices. Our prices change daily with the system we are on and unfortunately that system is a day behind on updating our website. I would like more information as far as which unit you were referring to and who you
might have spoken to, if that's possible. Also, if you could provide me with anything you might have printed off of our website so I can take a look at it and see if there's a way I could honor that price for you. The move out for your apartment was completed on 12/15/16 and a Statement of Accounting was mailed out to the last known forwarding address that same day. Our company policy is...

that any outstanding account/balance above $100.00 must be submitted to our collections agency within 30 days of the statement of accounting being mailed out. Your account was submitted to Resident Collect Inc. on 3/1/17 as we did not receive payment. When you contacted us on 3/14/17 regarding your account being sent to collections you were asked to provide proof of the payment that was mailed to us. You then stated that you had contacted your bank and that the check was never cashed. Once we received proof of the payment that was mailed to us by your bank, as a courtesy we immediately contact collections for your account to be removed as placed in error and a copy of the letter provided by collections was emailed to you. We really appreciate you trying to clear your account with us and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you.  Best Regards,[redacted]Accounts Receivable Manager
