100% RECOMMEND if you'd like to suffer from loud bass noisy neighbor, and get blamed and charged by the managers because they believe YOU were playing the noise.

Here's our story: we moved in here in June 2018, felt quite nice in the first year. Then someone moves in next to us in 2019. They really love loud bass music, besides we could hear shouting, dancing, and banging the wall now and then; partying, gaming, action movies, I can hear whatever they were doing. We contacted apartment managers, called 311, and tried to negotiate with them ourselves, none works. The managers never got back to us with updates after the reports, and the noise goes on for a year.

Until recently (Apr 2020), people are working from home shelter-in-place, they started playing louder and louder again. Since we do not trust the managers anymore, we only called 311 (at least you got to hear different responses every time, right). After a week, guess what? The manager concludes that we are the source of the noise and put the blame and charges on us. They did not even bother to call, email, or simply knock the door to verify if we were home at all -- on one of the days they marked us playing music, we were not even home!

I tried to communicate with them, but their hostile attitude could even made things worse. We feel deeply offended by this unprofessional and outrageous action. By sharing this experience I hope to help you make a decision to live here or not.

All residents are sent a resident statement along with a note stapled to it letting them know that they have days from their move-out to pay the balance or it would be turned over to collection. We sent her statement to the forwarding address that she provided and it hasn’t been returned to
us as of today. *** was charged $for cleaning the refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom sink, toilet and bathtub, we charge what the company charges us for the cleaningIn regards to the blinds I went through all of the maintenance request and I did find where she requested for the blind to be removed so I will send the adjustment to the collection agency and they will update her balanceIf you have any further questions please let me know *** *** | Community Manager | Westdale Parke
