I bought a new [redacted] 1500 truck from a local dealership where I live. Since I've own this truck it has been in service for almost a year. The dealership had even damaged my truck while trying to fix the problems it was having. I contacted Alex Simanovsky & Associates, LLC 05/15/2016 and they were quick to respond and take my case. I sent anything and everything, even more of what they asked for in a quick timely manner. Once that happened Alex told me it would take 30-45 to hear back from [redacted] 60 days later I was finially able to get a hold of Alex and he said he hadn't heard anything to give it more time. I waited over a month and attempted to contact him again. 09/13/2016 I sent an email asking about the status of the case. Alex finally responded saying chrysler denied my case and asked if I had anymore repairs on my truck since May. My truck was in the shop in May. My truck had body work and had to be repainted due to the dealership hitting something with my truck. the dealership drove my truck an hour away to pick up parts from another dealership and it broke down on them. I SENT ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS INTO HIM AFTER MAY!
I asked for the denial letter from [redacted] that same day. I finally, after several emails got me letter on the 25th. With-in that finial email I received from Alex he said he would contact me the following week so we can talk about taking this case further. I have yet to year from him and I have called and emailed him a lot. 9/25/2016 was the last contact from his firm. It is now 12/11/2016. I had recently contacted [redacted] about this so called "denial" letter. I received a call back from their legal department and their claims official asked me who the lawyer was, when did they file and if I could send a copy of the letter to them. He told me I had no open case on my truck and the only legal notes they had on my account was where I called in May and advised them I was getting an attorney. I am really confused and upset about how this all went down. I have never sued anyone before and I had high hopes that something would go in my favor after all of the trouble I have had with [redacted] and the dealership. Now I am getting run over by a law firm? I have contacted the Georgia Bar about his ethics and if I can't get anywhere there I will contact another law firm to make sure this doesn't happen to another person with this issue again (law firm, [redacted] and the dealership)
