I bought a new [redacted] truck from a local dealership where I liveSince I've own this truck it has been in service for almost a yearThe dealership had even damaged my truck while trying to fix the problems it was havingI contacted Alex Simanovsky & Associates, LLC 05/15/and they were quick to respond and take my caseI sent anything and everything, even more of what they asked for in a quick timely mannerOnce that happened Alex told me it would take 30-to hear back from [redacted] days later I was finially able to get a hold of Alex and he said he hadn't heard anything to give it more timeI waited over a month and attempted to contact him again09/13/I sent an email asking about the status of the caseAlex finally responded saying chrysler denied my case and asked if I had anymore repairs on my truck since MayMy truck was in the shop in MayMy truck had body work and had to be repainted due to the dealership hitting something with my truckthe dealership drove my truck an hour away to pick up parts from another dealership and it broke down on themI SENT ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS INTO HIM AFTER MAY! I asked for the denial letter from [redacted] that same dayI finally, after several emails got me letter on the 25thWithat finial email I received from Alex he said he would contact me the following week so we can talk about taking this case furtherI have yet to year from him and I have called and emailed him a lot9/25/was the last contact from his firmIt is now 12/11/I had recently contacted [redacted] about this so called "denial" letterI received a call back from their legal department and their claims official asked me who the lawyer was, when did they file and if I could send a copy of the letter to themHe told me I had no open case on my truck and the only legal notes they had on my account was where I called in May and advised them I was getting an attorneyI am really confused and upset about how this all went downI have never sued anyone before and I had high hopes that something would go in my favor after all of the trouble I have had with [redacted] and the dealershipNow I am getting run over by a law firm? I have contacted the Georgia Bar about his ethics and if I can't get anywhere there I will contact another law firm to make sure this doesn't happen to another person with this issue again (law firm, [redacted] and the dealership)
