I placed an order on jan after reading their shipping policy of to days I realized I had time to place an order for my son's birthdayI ordered several different items that he wanted they took the money from my account the very next day I have not yet received the my merchandise that I paid for have attempted to contact company via telephone an email at least times and I received back one nasty email with just my receipt and their shipping policy which is been well over days now I ordered the same item from a different company and receive them within daysI highly recommend not using this company impossible to get a hold of they will not contact you back

Don't purchase anything from this company Took payment but sent no product There are various complaints about Weapons Universe on many websites

Product was ordered, money taken out of my account, the product was never shipped, they won't answer the phone or respond to e-mails 100% Rip Off I don't understand how they can get away of cheating people out of their money and not be arrested Nevertheless they continue to do so Save yourself the waste of time and money and enormous frustration and disappointment and stay clear of this company

I ordered my item and days later I got exactly what I ordered ,I was concerned when I read other reviews but I am satisfied , in fact I placed another order today

Unfortunately, I found the reviews on this website after making a purchaseI ordered two nunchucks for martial arts demonstrations from them and specifically sent an email to ask them to make sure the swivel chain works (given some issues I had in the past)When I received them, both pairs did not swivel correctlyWhen I emailed them, they proceeded to tell me not only that they work fine but that they would put them back on the shelf for another customer umm, okayNot a responseFor your amusement, the response is copy/paste below:
"We did check them, they swivel fine, nothing is wrong with them They are not messed up You can return them for a refund or exchange, and when we get them back we will check them again and see that nothing is wrong with them, even make a video for you and show that they swivel fine, and even put them back on the shelf for some other customer No, the black, red, and blue rattans come from a different company."

I spoke to the customer for the first time after the the complaint had been submitted. I assured him that any issue's with the engine would be taken care of at no expense to him. In addition, I had spoken to the installer and assured him that all time and expense incurred by him will also be covered...

by my business. The initial contact was made with an employee who did not handle the situation correctly. I have since reprimanded the employee and informed him that this conduct is unacceptable. I have since spoken to the customer on several occasions and I believe that he is satisfied with the effort that we are putting forth.

I placed an order on jan 30 2015 after reading their shipping policy of 4 to 14 days I realized I had time to place an order for my son's birthdayI ordered several different items that he wanted they took the money from my account the very next day I have not yet received the my merchandise that I paid for have attempted to contact company via telephone an email at least 20 times and I received back one nasty email with just my receipt and their shipping policy which is been well over 20 days now I ordered the same item from a different company and receive them within 7 daysI highly recommend not using this company impossible to get a hold of they will not contact you back

I don't know why Heaton Construction has no reviews, but they should have. I had HCI handle a fairly extensive remodeling of my master bathroom, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to do business with. I dealt with two of their general contractors during the course of the project--one who did the initial planning with me and the other who oversaw the actual work--and both proved to be most personable, easy to talk to, and receptive to my input throughout the project. They have a well-practiced process for protecting your home while they're working in it, and all of the employees who did the day-to-day work were very friendly and courteous. Once they began work on the project, they devoted themselves to the job pretty much full time it appeared. This turned out to be a far less stressful project than what I had become used to with other contractors. Based on the ease of working with this company ([redacted] and [redacted]) and the speed with which they completed the work, I would have to say they definitely exceeded my expectations. So now HCI has a fitting review on Revdex.com!

Review: I got a motor rebuilt from these people had in put in by a trained mechanic and it wouldn't start do to low compression made calls keep blowing me off sometimes will not answer phone I payed the mechanic over $600 to pull it out and put but in! plus the price of rebuildDesired Settlement: fix the motor and pay for labor of pulling it in and out
