I don't know how many times I have to say thisCan you please provide me with the evidence that there is a pattern of bad customer service and from what you say, crooked behaviorYou don't have any sirI have never argued with you onceYou on the other hand have hung up the phone times and yelled at me You're just angry at the fact that you made a mistake and can't get us to absorb the costs of your mistakeSo now you want to portray us as the bad guysAs I said before, we did not sell you the wrong part and would have given you your money back if you didn't use the exhaustAs far as litigating this matter, I really don't think there is any attorney that would waste his time on thisIf you choose that path then we will address it at that timeI wish you the best and I hope the Revdex.com will please close this issue once and for all

who verified fitment and also directed *** *** to an image on their website showing what the product looks like mounted on his modelHere is a link to the websitehttp://www.***.htmlOn 6/24/*** *** called us and reported that he was having trouble installing the exhaustHe also claimed that it was too shortDuring this conversation he told my associate Wiley that he had installed the exhaust and ran the motorcycleIt is clearly stated in our return policy that exhaust systems can not be returned after they are usedIf *** *** didn't like the length of the exhaust he surely could have stopped before installed it and started the motorcycleHe kept changing his story and then said he did not start the motorcycleOn 6/24/we spoke to him many timesHe got *** the owner of *** *** involved and told *** he did not start the motorcycleI then spoke to *** *** and he admitted to me that he didWe told *** *** that we could not take the exhaust back and that we would refuse it if he did send it backOn 6/28/we did in fact refuse that exhaust that he sent back via USPS.The item we sent *** *** fits his motorcycle and every *** *** and *** ever builtThe truth of the matter is that he does not like the lengthIf he had not used the exhaust we would have been delighted to take it back no questions askedThis is not a valid complaint and is just *** *** trying to get his way even though he knows he is in the wrongI am respectfully asking that this complaint be removed since we have done nothing wrong and *** *** used the product and is not eligible for returnRegards, Al T*** President/Owner West End Motorsports Inc###-###-####

Don't test the waters I'm getting an attorney you will lose that fight if I go down that road in Texas I'm only going to say this one last time *** *** *** Crooks thieves ss lots of bad reviews *** *** very helpful very friendly send you the right part had no problem helping you with any questions you might have you might want to take a look at your procedures and your customer service and your policies and you might want to mirror *** *** that's why they sell professional-grade exhaust systems you sell junk and everybody knows it and I'm going to continue to tell everybody that I know Complaint: ***

I sent some feedback about my driving ***, whose conduct I felt was a little inappropriate towards me during my lessons which made it a more stressful experience especially since I was paying to learn in a comfortable and safe environment which I felt I did not quite receive, to one of the *** of this driving school, *** ***I asked that the feedback be passed to the *** in question, but wished to remain anonymousI did not ask for the *** to be fired or for a refund of any kindThree weeks passed with no response, so I called the company to see if my email had been received*** informed me it had, and that he had followed up with the driving ***, but also felt the need to explain to me that they had never received any complaints about him in ** years of ***, that he was extremely respectful as far as *** knew, and other excuses that had no bearing on what I experiencedThis sat with me the wrong way and I sent another follow up emai

I don't know how many times I have to say this. Can you please provide me with the evidence that there is a pattern of bad customer service and from what you say, crooked behavior. You don't have any sir. I have never argued with you once. You on the other hand have hung up the phone 5 times and yelled at me.  You're just angry at the fact that you made a mistake and can't get us to absorb the costs of your mistake. So now you want to portray us as the bad guys. As I said before, we did not sell you the wrong part and would have given you your money back if you didn't use the exhaust. As far as litigating this matter, I really don't think there is any attorney that would waste his time on this. If you choose that path then we will address it at that time. I wish you the best and I hope the Revdex.com will please close this issue once and for all.
