(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not believe that I should have to pay more money to have the boots repaired for the second timeThe repairs by Westerfield Cobblers are obviously not guaranteed if you have to continue to pay money to have it done correctly Regardless of the condition my boots were in when I asked Westerfield Cobblers to repair them, the fact remains that I paid $to have them repaired and the heel fell off the first time I wore them I do not wish to do any further business with Westerfield Cobblers, so I am requesting a refund of the $that I originally spent Furthermore, the owner absolutely did yell at me, was offensive, and rude
[redacted] ***, returned her expertly repaired boots , with half of one of the heel bases off [redacted] explained that they where recently repaired and that the heel had fallen offI asked [redacted] for the missing heel, her reply was I paid $to have these repaired! I understand people are upset and rightfully soI did my best to explain to [redacted] ***, that bases do not just fall off, I asked her a few different times for the heel base and after many attempts , she said I don't have it and I don't know where it is! "I paid$60"! I did offer [redacted] a discounted price of $30, to repair her boots All repairs are guaranteed, no time limit on laborThe boots in question have a sizeable heel, and top lift which both boots where repaired to match [redacted] opted to shine up her boots herself since they where trashed and needed more than just a casual buff In the years I have repaired shoes, I have heard many stories, as I explained to [redacted] has a responsibility to, be courteous and responsible, she choose to be neither There is no way [redacted] did not immediately! Know a hunk of her heel was missing, she choose to ignore her responsibility and pickup the base only thinking I paid $60! As she said at least a dozen timesFurthermore ms.Jones paid $for the repair because the trashed the boots, and didn't care, the repair for her rubber top lift was only $ There was no yelling, and [redacted] left I repair literally thousand of shoes every year, what [redacted] wants, is denying her responsibilityIt would be impossible to treat her any different then anyone else [redacted] may have the discounted price of $ [redacted] will have both boots brought in by a 3rd party to her liking, this repair will have full warranty, paid cash when the boots are brought in, they will be ready in two business days Westerfield cobblers has been in downtown Denver many years, no one has been here longer, there are many reasons
I have nothing further to sayThe complaint also filed a negative diatribe with Google online prior to contacting the Revdex.com thank you *** ***
